The 18-hole "Desert Winds" course at the Desert Winds Golf Course facility in Twentynine Palms, California features 6,930 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.9 and it has a slope rating of 122. Designed by Jeffrey Young, the Desert Winds golf course opened in 1966. Todd Wade manages the course as the General Manager.
The Twentynine Palms Senior Center is located at 6539 Adobe Road. There are many programs and services available for senior citizens. 760-367-5780
